第３条（退職後の秘密保持の誓約）
秘密情報については、貴社を退職した後においても開示、漏洩もしくは使用しないことを約束致します。
第４条（損害賠償）
前各条項に違反して、貴社の秘密情報を開示、漏洩もしくは使用した場合、法的な責任を負担するものであることを確認し、これにより貴社が被った一切の損害を賠償することを約束致します。
