The secret information herein means information in sales or technology of your company as is set forth below (hereinafter referred to as "secret information").

2. Information in respect with customer and company with which your company carries out the business
3. Information such as planning, technology document, cost, decision of price and other item in development, manufacturing and sale
4. Information regarding finance, personal and other item
5. Other information that your company designated as confidentiality
