こちらの商品に関して返金要求が来ていますが、その前にPayPalの口座からお金を引き出してしまい口座に残高がなかったため返金ボタンを押しても返金ができませんでした。
また日本のPayPal口座は自分の口座にお金の送金ができません。
そのためPayPalから直接相手にクレジットカードを通して代金を返金しましたが、この場合現在のCaseはどうなりますか？
またアカウントへのペナルティはどうなりますか？

Concerning this product, there is a request for refund, however I withdrew the money from the paypal account before.
Even when I pressed the refund button, I could not refund the money because there was no balance in the account.
Also I can not send money from my Japanese Paypal account to my bank account.
Therefore Paypal was directly sending the refund to the other party charging the credit card, but what happens then to this Case?
Also, is what is about account penalty?
