こちらの商品に関して返金要求が来ていますが、その前にPayPalの口座からお金を引き出してしまい口座に残高がなかったため返金ボタンを押しても返金ができませんでした。
また日本のPayPal口座は自分の口座にお金の送金ができません。
そのためPayPalから直接相手にクレジットカードを通して代金を返金しましたが、この場合現在のCaseはどうなりますか？
またアカウントへのペナルティはどうなりますか？

Therefore, even a refund from from Paypal and via a credit card directly was already issued, I want to know the exact state of the case in this situation.
