発送元の郵便局、EMS、国際交通局等、思い当たるすべての機関をあたってみましたが、
発送後（日本から海外に到着後）の住所変更はどうしても認めてもらえませんでした。
身分証明書や発送の証拠等を提示して現地の郵便局で受け取ることは可能でしょうか？
差出人住所、届け先住所、内容物、価格、署名等、送り状に私が記載した内容すべてを証拠としてお伝えします。
一度確認頂けないでしょうか。お力になれず申し訳ございませんが宜しくお願い致します。

I contacted all the places I can think of such as the originated post office, EMS and outward office of exchange but I was not able to change the delivery address after the package has been dispatched (after the package is sent to the destination in overseas and when the package has already arrived in overseas). Is it possible for you to receive it at the local post office by presenting your ID or shipping information?
I am going to give you all the information you need in order for you to present it to the local post office as a proof that you are indeed the recipient for this package.
I am sending you everything what was written on the shipping label - sender's address, delivery address, content(s) of the package, price and signature.

I would appreciate it if you could look into it. I'm sorry that I could not accommodate your request.
