発送元の郵便局、EMS、国際交通局等、思い当たるすべての機関をあたってみましたが、
発送後（日本から海外に到着後）の住所変更はどうしても認めてもらえませんでした。
身分証明書や発送の証拠等を提示して現地の郵便局で受け取ることは可能でしょうか？
差出人住所、届け先住所、内容物、価格、署名等、送り状に私が記載した内容すべてを証拠としてお伝えします。
一度確認頂けないでしょうか。お力になれず申し訳ございませんが宜しくお願い致します。

I checked all the institutions such as the post office from which the item is sent, EMS, international transportation bureau and other office. But they did not allow me to change address after sending the item (after the item arrives abroad from Japan).
Can you receive it in the local post office by showing your identification card or verification of sending?
I will tell all the details that I listed in invoice including address of sender, address to which it is sent,
content, price and sign as its proof.
Would you check them? I am sorry that I cannot be of your help.
