他のショップ等も探したのですが、入手することができませんでした。

すべて送料込みで20ドルで配送いたします（どれか一つを）。こちら代わりの商品を希望の場合は、差額の25ドルを返金し、発送いたします。

I have found that what you have ordered is out of our stock.
I have searched other shops for it but was unable to obtain it.
I would like to refund your payment or please accept the goods that I prepared instead as shown here.
I will deliver one of them for $20 including delivery chareges. If you prefer to obtain one of them, I will refund $25 what is the difference between your previous order and deliver your choice to you.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please let me know your preference to have the full refund or to have one of the alternative goods.
