しかし、請求された価格が現在eBayで出品されている商品の価格よりも高いです。
値引きなどもして頂けないようなので、この請求書で支払いをすることに何のメリットも感じません。
そのため、前回と同じようにeBayで商品を購入させて頂きます。

Thank you very much for sending the invoice for the item.
However, the charged price is higher than the price which is currently getting up on eBay.
It seems to be difficult to get discount, and I can't feel any merit to pay with this invoice.
Therefore, I would like to buy the item from eBay as I did before.
