日本郵便に問い合わせたところ、リチウム電池がX線検査に引っかかってしまったようです。
本体に内蔵すれば検査に引っかからずに発送できるとのことだったので、明日早急に対応して再発送させていただきます。

As I heard that I can send without being detected at the x-ray if I send by setting the battery in the item,
I will work on it tomorrow and send it again.

As it is detected at x-ray inspection if it is not set inside of the item, would you understand that I open the box only once?
This item has 100 voltage, plug A type and menu in Japanese.
