Do not know why you stated we "did not respond quickly". You paid us on Nov 2, a Wed. We shipped it on Mon morning, Nov 7- That is within our three business days-The sign needed extra special wrapping since it was international - it was send 1st glass mail. We went to a lot of extra effort with your sign, sorry you did not notice that.
