既に何度も顧客に連絡していますが未だキャンセルの連絡はありません
顧客から住所変更の依頼を受けそれに対応できないのはアマゾンのシステム上の問題であり私に非が無いことです
また顧客から連絡が無いのも私に非が無い事です
それでもこの注文を私の側がキャンセルした場合は私のアカウントに悪影響があるのはおかしいと思いませんか？

I've contacted the customer multiple times, but they still won't respond and tell me they cancel the order.
The fact that I can't change shipping address after receiving a request from the customer is not my fault, it's an issue with Amazon's system.
It's also not my fault the customer is not responding.
Don't you think it's wrong that my account will get penalized if I cancel this order myself?
Today is the last day of shipping.
I want your advice on what I should do about this order to protect my account.
