送られてきたPCについて。
１）「新品」と表示されてあったが、開封されており、わずかに底部分に擦り切れた跡がある。
２）Windows 10 のOSが付随していない。

Regarding to the PC which was sent to me.
1) It says "Brand new" but it was opened and there is a slight scruch on the bottom part.
2) it did not come with Windows 10 OS.
