送られてきたPCについて。

１）「新品」と表示されてあったが、開封されており、わずかに底部分に擦り切れた跡がある。

２）Windows 10　のOSが付随していない。

As for the PC I received,

1) The label said that it it brand new item, but it is opened, and the bottom of the box seems to be worn.

2) Windows 10 OS is not included.
