先日のアイデアが社内で承認されました。

予定通り2月2日(火)　から英会話教室をスタートさせたいと思います。

もし、授業ができない日があれば連絡してください、スケジュールを調整します。

一回の授業（90分）で12,000円を支払うということでしたが、税金と支払い方についてはどうしましょう？条件を提示していただけますか。現金で支払っても振込でも構いません。

それと、テキストは事前に購入する必要がありますか。また、生徒は授業で扱うトピックを事前に決める（貴方に連絡する）必要がありますか？

The idea discussed the other day was approved internally in the company.
As we planned, we will start English conversation lesson on February 2nd. (Tue).
If there are any day when you can not provide your lesson, please let me know. I will adjust the schedule.
We discussed that we will pay 12,000 yen for one lesson(90mins), what about tax and payment method? Can you propose your condition?
We are OK to pay by cash, or pay into your bank account.
And, do you need we buy textbooks an advance? Do students need to decide (and let you know about )the topics you pick up in the lesson?
