不在連絡票がなかったと言われてましたが
お近くの郵便局に問い合わせていただけないでしょうか？
郵便局員が不在連絡票を入れ忘れた可能性もあります。
私の経験では、過去そのようにして荷物を受け取られた方がいます。

もし郵便局で確認出来ないようでしたら、
一度この取引のキャンセルの処理をさせて頂けないでしょうか？
その場合は全額返金です。
その後荷物が届けば、あなたから再度入金してください。
