東京の桜は、4/1であれば、おそらく満開でしょう。（よかったですね！）
中目黒駅の周辺が近いのでおすすめです。
渋谷駅から電車で 3分。あるいは、都立大学駅(宿泊地の最寄の駅です)から電車で5分の所にあります。
中目黒の桜は、目黒川の水面に、たくさんの桜の花びらが浮かび、とても綺麗です。
とても人気がありますよ。

As cherry blossom flowers in Tokyo, if on the 1st of April, most probably they will be in full bloom. (That is good for you!) To enjoy them, I'd like to recommend to go to Nakameguro station area because of the convenient distance.
From Shibuya station it takes 3 minutes with a train. Otherwise, from Toritsudaigaku (the closest station to the accommodation) station it takes 5 minutes to reach there.
Blossoms in Nakameguro are very beautiful also with many petals drooped and floating on the surface of the water of the Nakameguro river. This place is very famous and popular.
