バイヤーから商品不達の連絡がきました。
この商品ですが、発送後、バイヤー不在で郵便局に保管されていたので、郵便局に連絡するようにメールしたのですが、メールが届きませんでした。
そしてバイヤーから商品不達のメールが来ました。
改めてバイヤーにメールしたのですが、やはりメールが届きません。
バイヤーからきたメールには、メルアドが記載されていたようですが削除されています。
どう対応すればいいでしょうか？

The buyer told me that the items had not reached.
The items had stored at the post office because of his/her absence, so I had told the buyer get on to the post office, however the email had not reached him/her.
Then, the buyer sent the email.
I had emailed the buyer again, but it had not reached him/her.
The email which the buyer had sent me had his/her mail address, but the address was deleted.
How can I do for the buyer?
