バイヤーから商品不達の連絡がきました。
この商品ですが、発送後、バイヤー不在で郵便局に保管されていたので、郵便局に連絡するようにメールしたのですが、メールが届きませんでした。
そしてバイヤーから商品不達のメールが来ました。
改めてバイヤーにメールしたのですが、やはりメールが届きません。
バイヤーからきたメールには、メルアドが記載されていたようですが削除されています。
どう対応すればいいでしょうか？

The buy contacted me, saying that the product had not been delivered yet.
After the product was shipped, the post office attempted to deliver it when the buy was not at home and it had been kept at the post office. So I emailed to the buy to ask him to contact the post office, but I did not receive a reply from him.
That’s when I received his email of the undelivered product.
I emailed him again, but again I didn’t receive a reply from him.
The mail sent from the buy seemed to have his email address, but it was deleted.
How should I deal with this situation?
