Japanese customers tend to be very sensitive to the quality of merchandise.
I do not like to complain about the making, but please understand the situation.
I will pay minimum cost for the head, when the next order is made. So, please send a new one.
Please let me know its minimum cost.
As for making, it is unchanged since I told you about it last time, about Eyelash, eye-making, lip stick.
Please make sure that lip-stick color are within the lip.
The eyelash should be the same one as in the picture attached.
