第４条（甲の販売価格）
Bに売渡す本製品の価格は、両者別途協議の上、毎年３月末日までに、見直しをするものとし、かかる見直し後の価格は、その後１ヵ月間変更されないものとする。

第５条（代金の支払い）
BはAに対して、Aより引渡しを受ける本製品の購入代金を、購入前に現金払いにて支払うものとし、その支払いは、クレジットカードにて行うものとする。

第６条（特約店の表示）
Bは、本契約の有効期間内に限り、Bの所有するwebサイトにAの販売店である旨を表示することができる。

Art 4 (B's selling price)
The selling price of this product to the B shall be consulted separately on both side, however it may be reviewed annually by end of March and the selling price shall be not changed for after one month of reviewed.

Art 5 (Payment)
The B shall make a cash payment for amount of purchasing to the A before making a purchase of this product , the payment shall made in credit card.

Art 6 (Display of sole agent)
The B may display the name of the A on the wed sites own by the B during the valid period of this contract.
