第４条（甲の販売価格）
Bに売渡す本製品の価格は、両者別途協議の上、毎年３月末日までに、見直しをするものとし、かかる見直し後の価格は、その後１ヵ月間変更されないものとする。

第５条（代金の支払い）
BはAに対して、Aより引渡しを受ける本製品の購入代金を、購入前に現金払いにて支払うものとし、その支払いは、クレジットカードにて行うものとする。

第６条（特約店の表示）
Bは、本契約の有効期間内に限り、Bの所有するwebサイトにAの販売店である旨を表示することができる。
