Linさんにこの前も言ったのですが、本当に全ての薬の在庫がなくなったのですか？
前回多めに薬を送りました。薬の量で商品代金が1円、2円変わってきますので大雑把では困ります。
薬の管理をきっちりお願いします。本当に全ての薬の在庫がないのか、まだ残っている場合はそれぞれの残量を教えて下さい。お返事なるべく早くお願いします。

Last time I sent extra medicine. Amount of medicine changes the price of the item by 1 to 2 JPY, so it has to be accurate. Please thoroughly manage medicine.
