本日 倉庫に商品が入りましたが、9ケースが無記名になっています。
2ケースに破損（ケース破れ）となっています。この問題も近い内に解決お願いします。16日にカスタム検査が終了する予定ですので、終わり次第画像を送ります。
とりあえず、倉庫からの報告書類を添付していますので確認してください。

2 cases are broken (ripped case). We would like you to solve this problem anytime soon. The custom inspection will finish on the 16th and we will send you some photos when it's done.
