備考: ネットショップからの買い物です。転送会社に送ってもらったのですが、届いた荷物のいくつかが無いというトラブルがおきました。セラーに詳細確認をしたところ、パッケージの詳しい状況を教えてくれ、そのことで問題が解決しそうな感じです。それを伝える文言です。
