交換商品の在庫がなく、同一商品の仕入れについても相当時間を要するため、交換商品をお送りするのは困難な状況にあります。

お客様から返品のリクエストがあり、当店が指定するアメリカの配送拠点に商品が到着しましたら、商品代金を全額返金いたします。返品送料は、お客様にいったん立て替えていただき、送料代金に10ドル上乗せした金額のアマゾンギフト券（PDF）をお送りいたします。
