五個納品をして受領完了したにも拘わらず一個も在庫に反映されておりませんでした。
ですがなぜか四個販売したことになっています。
でも売上に反映されていません。
調査の方よろしくお願いいたします。

Though I did deliver five of them and the receipt was completed, none was reflected in the stock.
While the record says that I sold four for some reason.
But it is not reflected in the sales figure.
