それは車などと違い日本ではいわゆる外国人受け入れに関し、まったく対象にしてこなかった現状がございます。ご存知のとおり、日本では皆保険制度が充実しており、全ての国民が安い医療費で高度な先進医療を受けることができます。日本の医療は医療機関へのアクセスの良さ，高度な医療と安い医療費，平均寿命の高さと乳児死亡率の低さ，まさに世界がうらやむ高い水準にあります．このことからWHOは日本の医療を世界第一位であると位置付けております。

As you know, all people are assured for insurance system in Japan; they can undergo high level medical treatments at low costs. The medical system in Japan is in a high level which all the countries of the world speak very highly of: good access to healthcare facilities, high level medical treatments at low costs, high average life time and low death rate of infants. The WHO rank Japanese medical care at the top among the world.
