足元の梱包を強化してください
人形の周りにある分厚いスポンジが足元だけない理由がわかりません
また、梱包箱を絶対に起こしたりしないよう梱包箱に注意書きのシールを貼ってください
寝かしたままの輸送でないとまた同じことになります
頭のしわや鼻の歪みですが、ホットタオルで10分以上試したけど変化がありませんでした
こうならないよう梱包を改善して頂けませんか？
TPE接着剤、ヒートロッドが3つの注文ともありませんでした

Please pack around the foot more thoroughly.
I don't understand why there is no thick sponge only around the foot while doll is covered by that.
Also, please put sticker on the package box warning not to stand it.
If it's not laid down while transportation, same thing will happen again.
Regarding wrinkle on the head and distorted nose, I tried with hot towel over 10 minutes but there was no change.
Will you improve packing so such thing will never happen?
There were no TPE glue and head rod for all 3 orders.
Please kindly include them.

Then, please provide me a list of head which Kitty can provide same ones.
