I received a prompt note for a fee of $16 from FEDEX, for a clock (又はwatch) that I purchased from you previously. Do you know anything about this?
The date of purchase is 3rd June and the ID is ●●.
I had paid for the product and enough shipping fee through PayPal, so I am confused because I can't understand why I got this note.
Could you please let me know if you have any information on this issue.
