今回は異議があります

下記の件について返金の連絡がありましたが、
私はバイヤーから連絡を待っている状態です

バイヤーが私に商品を返送していない状態で
全額返金になるのはおかしいと思います

仮に返金扱いになるのなら、商品は返品されていないので
商品代金だけならまだ理解できます

この対応では私は商品を返品されないまま
2つの商品と送料分が赤字となってしまいます

私の考えは間違っているでしょうか

今はまだバイヤーの連絡待ちの状態で
このタイミングで返金されるとは思っていませんでした

対応宜しくお願いします

I have different opinion this time.

I was informed about the refund for the matter below, but I am still awaiting buyer to contact me.

I think it is strange that I have to refund the money while buyer has not returned me the items

If this have to be refunded, without receiving the return, the amount of refund should be the price of this items only.

In this case, that I have to refund for the two items which is not returned to me and the shipping fee, this will cause losses to my business.

Is my justification incorrect?

As I am still awaiting the return of items, I did not think of refund the money to the buyer.

Would appreciate if you could assist.
