本当にご迷惑をおかけし、申し訳ありません。レシートの写真も送っていただきありがとうございました。修理しすでにかかった＄191はお支払いします。元よりマシーンに入っていたテープでユニットが摩耗していた場合、その修理に加え、新たなテープを入れるために二回目の修理が必要ということですね。その金額もこちらで負担したいと思います。返金はペイパルの関係上１回で行う必要があるため、二回目の費用が分かったら、またレシートを送ってほしい。二回分の修理代をすぐに返金することを約束します。

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience it has caused. Thank you for sending the photo of the receipt. We will refund $191 that you have already paid for repairing. We understand that addition to that, it will need to get repaired again to insert a new tape, in case the unit is worn down by the tape originally set in the machine. We would like to bear that expense as well. Since refunds have to be made only once due to Paypal regulations, please send us the receipt when you know how much the second repair costs. We promise you to refund the expenses for both repairs as soon as possible.
