迅速にお返事頂きありがとうござます。
そして、eBayから直接セラーに連絡して頂きとても感謝します。
私は、もう少しセラーから応答を待ちたいと思います。
しかし、9月中までの期限をつけたいと思います。ずっと待ち続けることはできません。
期限を過ぎたら、キャンセルしたいです。
なぜなら、2週間以上セラーから連絡が来ないということは、
「セラーはアイテムを売る意思がなく、私は購入することができない」と判断したからです。
その場合、eBayの方でキャンセルの手続きをして頂けますか?

"the seller has no intention to sell the item and I cannot purchase it."
In that case, can the eBay arrange for cancellation?
