配送状況を調べました。
9月18日の時点でNYの国際交換局に到着しています。
ただ、国際交換局から発送されていないので、通関に手間取っていると考えられます。

しかし、お届け予定日を過ぎているので、払い戻しに応じます。
2日経過しても届かない場合は、もう一度連絡ください。
全額返金します。

ただ、商品に関しては、紛失ではないため、届いたら配送料金は私が払うので、
日本に送り返してほしい。

I apologise for the delay of the shipping of your product.

I checked the delivery status.
On 9/18 it arrived at NY outward office of exchange.
But since it still has not left there, I believe the customs clearance is taking some time.

However, since it's already passed the delivery date, I can proceed with refund. If it still does not arrive in 2 days from today, please contact me again. I will make a full refund.

But as for the product, since it has not been misplaced, if you receive it, I would like you to send it back to Japan. I will cover the postage.
