もしくは、あなたの方で、修理にだしてもらうこともできます。修理代は実額負担します(ただし、あまりに高い金額は負担しかねるため見積もりが出たら修理前に金額を教えて欲しいです)。今後どうしたいか連絡してください

We did packaging very carefully. It is unlikely that something made not movable during delivery, so I am surprised. If you want to return this to us I will accept it.
