備考: 販売した商品の不具合について返品希望のお客様。ebayに相談されて返品用ラベルを要望されています。

返品と全額返金がご希望であればそのように対応させていただきます。
しかし、日本人セラーではhassle-free returnsの機能が使えないためプリペイドラベルを提供できません。
先日のメールでご連絡した通り、返品にかかった送料はレシートを画像で送ってくださればすぐにpaypalより返金いたします。

However, I am not able to issue a pre-paid label because Japanese sellers cannot access to the hassle-free returns function.
