日本に荷物が私どもに返却されてから、お客様に再配達するとなると、3～5週間はかかるものと思います。

お客様はお急ぎとのことでしたので、この取引を取り消し、全額返金対応をとらせていただきたいと思います。

なお、２４時間以内にお返事がいない場合は、返金手続きを開始いたします。

Regarding the delivering status, I asked to USPS, it has been returned due to recipients unknown, and re-delivery is hard.

Maybe if we ship to you again after the luggage is returned to us in Japan, it'll take 3-5 weeks.

Since you were in hurry, we'd like to cancel this trading, and take refunding action of the whole price.

It should be noted, if we don't get your reply in 24 hours, we will start refunding process.
