以前、「[e-mail]」だったアドレス(アカウント)を
「[e-mail]」に変更の手続きを行ったのですが、
前のアドレス(アカウント)「[e-mail]」に
戻したいのですが可能でしょうか？何度も申し訳ありません。

「[e-mail]」のアドレス(アカウント)は使いません。

I had once changed my account from the one registered under my e-mail address from" [e-mail]" to "[e-mail]", but now want to change it back to my "[e-mail]" account. Can I do that?
I am very sorry for any confusions caused.
