月森さんに直接、申立ての内容を話に行く。(最初は月森さんの圧力が怖くて何も言えなかったけど、段々ストレスになっていった事、周りの人の悪口、ため息や独り言も嫌だった事、Googleの翻訳機能など使うなと言われ、細かい口出しが嫌だった事、周りの人とはグルを組み、私にだけ話かけず仕事の情報も与えない、1年以上、孤立・放置状態が続いていて体が辛く
