日程は
8月31日13:50 空港
→ 9月1日 9:00 工場（打ち合わせと調整）
→ 9月2日 9:00 工場（サンプル作成）
→ 9月3日 0:10 空港
の予定になります。
日本から２人行きます。通訳の手配をお願いします。
ホテルはまた決まり次第連絡します。
9月1日はホテルまでピックアップお願いします。

I planned to visit Vietnam from 31-Aug to 3-Sep to get the sample. So would we meet in late September?

→01-Sep 9:00 Factory (Meeting and adjustment)
→02-Sep 9:00 Factory (Sample making)
→03-Sep 0:10 Airport
From Japan, there will be 2 staff to join and please arrange interpreter accordingly.
Hotel accommodation is not yet fixed and you will be updated again.
