商品の配送は日本郵便のEMSを使用しており、郵送事故が合った場合には、全商品にINVOICEに記載された額までの保障を受けられます。
もし郵便局の配達の不備で商品がなくなってしまった場合は全額返金されますのでご心配なく。
ただしこちらから調査請求をださなければならず、少々お時間はかかるかもしれません。

The item was send by EMS of Japan Post.
When an accident occurs during its transportation, all items are insured by the amount that is listed in the invoice at maximum.
If the items are lost due to mistake in its delivery of the post office, it will be refunded in full. Please do not worry.
However, as we have to request inspection, it might take time (about 1 month).
If we receive a feedback from the post office today, we will let you know. If we do not receive it, we will request the inspection to the Japan Post.
