Aloha Tsukasa, Before this issue get's completed in Paypal I want to ask you a question. I like this watch a lot except that it does not do the job it is intended to (give me the correct time) however I'm wondering if you could arrange for repair of the watch at a Seiko Authorized repair center in Hilo Hawaii. That is :
