情報反映の遅さが原因していると予想されます。
日本の郵便局は正確に早く追跡情報が反映されます。
ですが、イギリスの郵便局は追跡情報の反映が遅いことがよくあります。
商品は２１日には発送され27日には日本の航空の検査をとおり
イギリスに向けて発送されたようです。

I apologize for the delay in delivery. I believe the reason the tracking number has stopped updating us after leaving Japan is because there is a lag of information from the British post office. Usually the Japanese postal service is pretty quick and accurate with their tracking updates. However it is pretty common to experience some delays when dealing with the British postal service. The product was shipped out on the 21st, and passed the Japanese airport inspection on the 27th. It should be on its way to England.
