セクションを開けない、というのが、不可解です。私にはよくわかりません。
この、売り手からのメールに、直接、返答するべきでしょうか？

または、ペイパルのサイト上を介して、メッセージなど送信するべきでしょうか？
（売り手がペイパルのセクションを開くことができないのならば、売り手は、ペイパルを介したメッセージを確認することができないのかもしれません。）

It is weird that he cannot open section. I cannot understand what this mean.
Should I reply this seller's mail directly?

Or should I send message through paypal online?
(If he cannot open section of paypal, then he probably cannot check message through paypal.)
