セクションを開けない、というのが、不可解です。私にはよくわかりません。
この、売り手からのメールに、直接、返答するべきでしょうか？

または、ペイパルのサイト上を介して、メッセージなど送信するべきでしょうか？
（売り手がペイパルのセクションを開くことができないのならば、売り手は、ペイパルを介したメッセージを確認することができないのかもしれません。）

It's strange that they can not open the section. I don't understand well.
Should I reply to the mail from the seller directly?

Or, should I send a message via PayPal site?
(If the seller can not open the section on PayPal, they may not check the message via PayPal.)
