paypalから返金しようとしましたが、現在直接返金が処理できなくなっているようです。
現在日本時間で夜の9:00のため、明日PAYPALのカスタマーサービスに連絡して返金処理いたします。
今から15時間後くらいになると思いますが、必ず100USDを返金処理いたしますので、その返金をご確認いただいてからリターンリクエストをクローズしてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

I tried to make the refund via PayPal, but it seems that the direct refund cannot be processed at the moment.
It's 9 PM in Japan, so tomorrow I will contact PayPal's customer service and process the refund.
I believe this is going to take approximately 15 hours from now, but I will surely make the U$100 refund, so I kindly ask you to close the return request as soon as you confirm this repayment.
