・GSはFHより、2015年12月までにの合計で$6,000分以上の商品を仕入れます。（初回注文の$3,000も含む）

・GSはブランド名Fb Hatmanの文字が入ったドメイン名を取得し、日本正規店となるwebショップを立ち上げます。
　運営責任や運営コストはすべてGSが負担します。

・米国から商品発送の場合、FHからGSへの卸売販売価格は
　Dealer Price Listの価格から25％OFFとする。
　(しかし1度の発注が$3,500以上の場合は交渉の余地ありとする。)

英語

・GS will procure from FH products accounting for $6,000 or more in total by December 2015 (including $3,000 for the initial order)

・GS will obtain the domain name that include the brand name, Fb Hatman, and establish an online shopping website as Japanese official store.
GS will bear all responsibility and costs for management.

・In the case of products delivery from the U.S., the wholesale price submitted by FH to GS is
25% off from the price listed in the Dealer Price List.
(However, to be negotiated in the case of an order of $3,500 or more)
