・日本からドイツへの発送となりますので、稀に、すぐには到着しないケースもあるかと考えられます。その場合は、柔軟に対応していただけますか？
・商品返送にかかる、日本からドイツへの送料の請求に際し、御社におかれましては、私の、送料代金の支払いの証明が必要と思います。どのようなかたちで証明すると良いですか？
