備考: 著作物（記事）の利用に関するやりとりです。以前に利用許諾をいただいたものの更新手続きです。私は代理人の立場です。直訳にこだわらず、分かりやすく、かつ、失礼のない表現でお願いいたします。

許諾書と請求書の宛名はA社でお願いいたします。
それをメール添付にて私宛にお送りください。

許諾料は、許諾書と請求書が私宛に届いた月の翌月末日に、A社より
お支払させていただきます。現状ですと、8月末日になる見込みです。

それでは書類の到着をお待ちしております。
