し上げられません。
材に関しましては恐らくトップはスプルース、サイドバックはメイプルと思われます。

恐らくセルロイドなどの合成素材だと思われます。
テールピース部の剥がれ落ちたところに浮きが見られます。

Googling has led me to suspect it's Terada Musical Instruments, but I can't be sure.

For its materials, I suspect the top is made of spruce, and the side back maple.

I think it's made of celluloid or other synthetic material. The peeling of the tail piece is loose.
