I am looking for clothes for some of our practitioners.
I previously purchased this:

I see that your numbers are low. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide a consistent product, not many, but a few now & then over time.
Do you intend to get more?
I know that I will need 2 small (if you had XS I\'d take that) & likely one medium or large, all in black.

If you are temporarily out of stock, that is one thing. If you are changing suppliers or changing stock, that is another question.
Can you let me know what your expectation of availability is?

プラクティショナー用の衣服を探しています。以前、以下の商品を買い求めました。

貴社の在庫数は少ないようですね。弊社では数は多くなくても正当な商品を求めており、これは今後も同様です。
在庫数は今後増えますか。
Sサイズ２着（エクストラSがあれば購入します）とMまたはL１着、色は全部黒が欲しいです。

一時的に在庫切れの場合とサプライヤーや在庫を変えることは別ですね。
今後の予定をお知らせください。

https://*****を入れたほうがいいと思います。「正当な商品」はconsistent productを訳されたものと思いますが、ここでは、いつでも同じ（consistent)ものを手に入れたい、という意味だと思いました。
